We can now change tires on the most common electric scooters with tire dimensions 8.5 x 2.00.
The rims are very narrow and the tubes very thin, which often results in punctures. That being said, the challenge will also be changing the tubing in these small wheels.
After a long time of testing, we have come up with a concept where we can change to puncture-free tires. A fully molded rubber compound that allows you to drive over glass, nails, etc. no problem.
We have drop-in for tire changes on electric scooters.
Prices:
Puncture-free tyre: SEK 319/piece (labor costs are added as below)
Change of rear tire (or where the engine is not installed): SEK 399
Changing the front tire (or where the engine is): SEK 499
NOTE: It may sometimes say unusual dimensions such as 6.5 x 2.00 or 10 x 2.0.
Some manufacturers use different dimensional type measurements but in the end it's basically the same actual size.
