1. You report the damage to your insurance company and receive a CASE NUMBER.
2. Contact us to book the date of viewing & inspection of the vehicle.
When booking, the case number must be stated as well as which insurance company you have.
From here we take care of the rest!
3. We calculate for the repair of the vehicle and await notification from your insurance company.
4. The insurance company approves the repair and we fix the vehicle.
Should the damage be so extensive that the insurance company chooses to scrap the vehicle, the insurance company will contact you and notify you of a ransom and subsequent instructions.
5. The vehicle is ready and we will contact you.
