Each item is listed with a price including VAT. In the shopping cart, you can see the total price including all fees, VAT, shipping and payment.

Open purchase & return

Open purchase is valid for 7 days after the order date, return costs are paid by the customer.
Full amount for ordered products is refunded as soon as the goods are returned to us. You are obliged to keep the item in the same good condition as when you received it. You may not use it, but of course carefully examine it.
NOTE. We cannot pick up packages from agents, so the package must be sent to our business address, Manillagatan 5.

Right of withdrawal

Your right of withdrawal (the withdrawal period) is valid for 14 days. Your message to us must clearly state that you regret it. The cancellation period begins on the day you received the item. Return of the product is returned/financed by the customer.

Observations for your right of withdrawal:

Full refund requires the item to be in mint condition. If the product possibly returned in any way in a damaged condition, a deduction will be made to restore the item to new condition again.
You are obliged to keep the item in the same good condition as when you received it. You may not use it, but of course carefully examine it.
For ordered goods, ÖREBRO MC AB has the right to charge a fee corresponding to the administrative fees for the order.

Repayment obligation:

If you have exercised your right of cancellation, we shall refund what you have paid for the product as soon as possible or at the latest within 30 days from the day on which we received the product or the notification that you have canceled.

Warranties and complaints

Örebro MC Service provides guarantees according to the manufacturer's recommendations.

Used products:

Used parts are sold subject to scratches, dents or other minor damage.
All used parts are functionally tested and guaranteed to be functional.
Remarks on each product are included in the description for each product. NO RIGHT OF RETURN ON BEG PRODUCTS.

Should the ordered item not be in stock or not available within the desired time, the entire amount will be refunded to you as a customer.
